Scott Feldstein is resident in our Washington, DC office and has over 20 years of tax experience. He advises multi-national and smaller companies on strategies to minimize tax and on the taxation of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, internal restructurings, and international transactions.
Representative Matters
- Tax planning, including advising and implementing internal restructurings of US and foreign based multi-national corporations in order to achieve operational and tax efficiencies.
- Advising on the tax efficient acquisition and disposition of businesses and asset transfers.
- Advising on matters before the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service, including in obtaining private letter rulings.
