The litigation practice emphasizes antitrust and consumer class action litigation, intellectual property litigation, financial and securities litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. The San Francisco litigation practice has deep trial experience and has represented clients before the California Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the Supreme Court and the European Union’s Directorate General for Competition.
