Robin Wolfenden is an associate in the employment practice group in the London office who joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2008.
Ms Wolfenden’s practice covers UK and European contentious and non-contentious employment matters including contracts of employment, the protection of intellectual property and confidential information, restrictive covenants, redundancies and restructuring, as well as unfair dismissal, discrimination and other employment protection claims. She also advises on the employment and HR aspects of corporate transactions, corporate governance and general corporate advisory work. Ms Wolfenden’s experience includes a six month secondment to a leading pharmaceutical company, where she dealt with a wide range of commercial, life sciences, employment, data protection and regulatory matters.
Ms Wolfenden is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

- Advising a multi-national pharmaceutical company on the employment implications arising from the acquisition and subsequent integration of another business in the same sector.
- Representing an international law firm in defending a disability discrimination employment tribunal claim.
- Advising and coordinating the redundancy process for an international film distributor following the closure of the business.
Pro Bono
- Advising a number of UK-based charities, including SolarAid, on a range of commercial, corporate and employment related matters.
