  • Representation of respondents A-Data, Chipsbank, Afa Technologies, Power Quotient International (PQI), Skymedi, and Corsair in Flash Memory Controllers, Drives, Memory Cards and Media Players, USITC Inv. No. 337-TA-619.
  • Representation of A-DATA Technology:
    • in a patent infringement suit brought by Ennova Direct involving flash memory drives with retractable USB connectors.  Ennova Direct Inc. v. LG Electronics USA Inc. et al. (E.D. Tex.); and
    • in a patent infringement suit brought by Ring Technology Enterprises involving methods and systems for improving access to memory devices.  Ring Technology Enterprises of Texas LLC v. A-DATA Technology (USA) Co. Ltd. et al. (E.D. Tex.).
  • Representation of respondents A-DATA Technology Co., Ltd, A-DATA Technology (USA) Co. Ltd., and International Products Sourcing Group, Inc. in Semiconductor Chips with Minimized Chip Package Size and Products Containing Same (III), USITC Inv. No. 337-TA-630.
  • Representation of respondent Actions Semiconductor in the enforcement phase of Audio Processing Integrated Circuits and Products Containing Same, USITC Inv. No. 337-TA-538.
  • Representation of Altera:
    • in patent infringement litigation regarding three patents covering various aspects of field programmable logic device technology.  Altera Corporation v. Xilinx, Inc. (N.D. Cal.); and 
    • as a complainant in Programmable Logic Devices and Products Containing Same, USITC Inv. No. 337-TA-453.
  • Representation of respondent Altima in the enforcement phase of Integrated Repeaters, Switches, Transceivers and Products Containing Same, USITC Inv. No. 337-TA-435.
  • Representation of Apple:
    • in patent infringement cases relating to sensor technology.  PhatRat Technology, LLC v. Apple Computer, Inc. (D. Colo.); and PhatRat Technology LLC v. Apple Inc., et al. (D. Colo.);
