- A coalition of eleven oil and gas companies whose efforts to pursue development of their California offshore oil and gas leases were thwarted by the federal government.
- Other oil companies, including Exxon Mobil, Shell, Chevron, in breach of contract lawsuits involving leases offshore Alaska, Florida and North Carolina.
- A developer of low income housing, in connection with the government’s failure to provide benefits promised by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
- A uranium mining company, United Nuclear, on whose behalf we demonstrated that the United States’ activities interfering with its leases on Indian lands constituted a regulatory taking.
- Kerr-McGee, in connection with phosphate leases on a Florida national forest.
