- Advising a leading chemicals company in its international efforts to remove discriminatory regulatory barriers threatening to keep its product from the market in the European Union, South Africa, India, and elsewhere.
- Representing foreign manufacturers before US government agencies in order to reduce US regulatory barriers and improve market access conditions in the United States.
- On behalf of a trade coalition, obtaining an exemption from the EU's Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive for a key flame retardant product.
- Representing the Government of Argentina in its successful negotiations with the IMF and the US government for an $8.5 billion loan package.
- Advising BP on economic, environmental and social issues related to its Caspian-region investments, including the BTC pipeline.
