- Testimony by Alan Pemberton on behalf of research pharmaceutical industry client concerning proposed bioterror procurement legislation and lobbying support for the legislation.
- Worked with client organization to devise multipart plan to address anticipated Congressional concern about alleged overcharging on large government contract, including proactive briefings to staff and members, response to related auditor and inspector general reports, and preparing witnesses for anticipated hearings.
