Energy Regulation

We have successfully represented numerous clients in natural gas pipeline rate, certificate, and rulemaking proceedings before FERC.  We have analyzed and continue to advise on a diverse range of issues including: federal and state gas restructuring; market behavior rules; standards of conduct; blanket marketing certificates; price formation, surveys, and indices; negotiated and discounted rates; creditworthiness; NAESB; and gas quality.  In addition, we have significant expertise in advising clients concerning the numerous points of intersection between natural gas and electricity policies.
