- We represent sponsors in structuring, forming and raising capital for funds, as well as structuring the ownership, governance, vesting and investment arrangements of the sponsors’ principals and employees.
- We advise investors, including fund of funds, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and high net worth individuals, in making sizable investments in funds, often as the lead investor setting the terms.
- We act as counsel to both buyers and sellers in secondary transactions involving acquisitions and dispositions of portfolios of private equity funds.
