Prem Mohan is an associate in the firm’s London office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. He specialises in UK and EU financial services regulations applicable to the UK, European and international financial markets and advises in particular on securities and financial services regulatory issues in relation to the investment industry.

- Advising banks and financial services firms on compliance with regulatory rules and drafting documentation in this respect (including terms of business, compliance manuals, and investment management agreements).
- Reviewing and standardising pan-European terms of business for global financial institutions to comply with national interpretations of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.
- Advising a UK investment manager on switching its fund administrator.
- Advising on client money and asset related issues arising from the insolvency of Lehman Brothers.
- Advising various clients on the UK market abuse and insider trading regime.
- Advising a major US bank on the outsourcing of its online brokerage and custody services.
- Advising a major UK bank with the design and documentation of prime brokerage arrangements.
