Natalie MacLean Leino is an associate in the firm’s general litigation group.  She also has significant experience in tax controversy matters. 

Representative Matters

  • Representing a major healthcare company in an insurance coverage dispute in federal district court.
  • Representing multinational corporations in tax controversy matters regarding, among other things, cost sharing arrangements and the allowance of losses resulting from intercompany asset sales.
  • Represented clients in Tax Court litigation regarding allowance of bad debt deductions, reporting of cancellation of indebtedness income, constructive dividends issues, and penalties.

Pro Bono

  • Ms. Leino maintains an active pro bono practice, including the representation of indigent defendants in state court criminal proceedings.
