Nick Hailey is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, where he is a member of the Litigation and Employment practice groups. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with particular emphases on pharmaceutical litigation and product liability matters. Mr. Hailey also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Mr. Hailey is a member of the Virginia Bar. He is currently not admitted in the District of Columbia but is supervised by principals of the firm.
