Marianne McKeon is special counsel in the firm’s New York office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on state securities law and FINRA compliance for public and private offerings by issuers in the life sciences, energy, and financial services industries. Ms. McKeon handles the FINRA filing and review process for initial public offerings and secondary offerings subject to filing with FINRA.
