Miguel López Forastier is a partner practicing in the areas of international arbitration and litigation.  In the area of international arbitration, Mr. López Forastier has been involved in a number of matters representing clients in both investor-State and commercial arbitrations.  Mr. López Forastier has also represented various companies in state and federal courts.
