• Represented one of the largest shareholders and a member of the official equity committee in the Chemtura Corporation Chapter 11 case.

• Pathnet Telecommunications.  Represented this telecommunications company in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
• CRIIMI MAE.  Represented the official equity committee in the reorganization of this financial services company.
