Representative Matters

  • Represents major pharmaceutical client in Medicare pricing investigation.
  • Represents transportation client in a putative class action alleging anticompetitive conduct.
  • Represented executive in DOJ investigation of collusion.
  • Represented international airline in civil antitrust case challenging passenger fares.
  • Advised major academic medical center on various potential collaborations and on health care policy issues, particularly related to Medicare reimbursement.
  • Prepared guidance document and presentation regarding the implementation of new competition laws for foreign competition authority.
  • Advised major technology company regarding potential acquisition of medical device.

Pro Bono

  • Served in full-time assignment at Neighborhood Legal Services Program, providing legal representation and assistance to low-income DC residents on various issues, including family law, landlord-tenant law, public benefits, and employment law.  Litigated three trials in D.C. Superior Court.
