Kenny Henderson is an associate in the dispute resolution group of the London office.
Mr. Henderson’s practice encompasses a wide range of contentious and quasi-contentious matters, including litigation before the English courts, arbitral proceedings and internal corporate investigations.
Mr. Henderson has experience in a broad array of disputes, but has a particular focus in: insurance coverage matters for policyholders; competition disputes, including cartel damages claims; and intellectual property actions, with an emphasis on wrongful use or receipt of confidential information.

- Representing policyholders in several insurance coverage arbitrations and High Court claims.
- Representing a leading electronics multinational in claims alleging cartel infringement of Article 101 TFEU.
- Representing clients in various disputes relating to misappropriation, or accidental receipt, of confidential information, frequently with a cross-jurisdictional aspect.
- Advising a private equity client in a claim brought by a former director of an investee company.
- Representing an international multimedia company in a dispute regarding possession of film footage.

- Qualified as a corporate lawyer in a leading City of London law firm. Advised on various private equity, M&A and corporate finance matters.
