Jennifer Presto is a member of the corporate practice group and is resident in our New York office.  Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate advice.

Representative Matters

• Represented SandRidge Energy, Inc., in its merger with Arena Resources, Inc., creating a $6.2 billion company.
• Represented UBS AG in connection with its $21.5 billion offering of Auction Rate Securities Rights in connection with its negotiated settlement regarding auction rate securities.
• Represented the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Atlas Energy, L.P., in its acquisition of upstream oil and gas assets from its former parent, Atlas Energy, Inc., in connection with Chevron’s purchase of Atlas Energy, Inc.
• Represented the investor group in the bankruptcy sale of Eclipse Aviation Corporation.
