Jack Levin is a senior litigator in the firm's New York office.  He specializes in complex cases for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and in arbitration forums.  Mr. Levin handles diverse controversies involving financial instruments, markets, work-outs, and corporate rivalries for executives and intellectual capital.  He is a trained mediator experienced in resolving intractable problems and protecting clients from economic and reputational risk.  Mr. Levin represents global financial institutions and emerging companies, and he coordinates corporate, litigation, and intellectual property advice for a Tokyo Exchange-traded global technology company.
