Mr. Kresse has significant experience representing corporate and trade association clients in government investigations and complex civil litigation involving product liability, false claims, and fraud actions. His experience spans issues arising in all phases of litigation, from pre-complaint investigations through post-trial briefing, and includes significant experience in resolving complicated discovery matters.
