Ingrid Rechtin practices in the firm’s corporate group. Before joining the San Francisco office, she was resident in the firm’s New York office. Her corporate experience includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance and general corporate matters.
Representative Matters
- Microsoft in its $8.5B acquisition of Skype.
- ITOCHU Corporation in the business combination of its two US solar subsidiaries, DC Power Systems and Solar Depot, to create the largest solar system distributor in North America.
- Wells Fargo Bank in its proprietary capital markets and taxable and tax-exempt fixed income investment activities
- Green Lake Capital (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Walsin Lihwa) in the development and financing of a pooled project finance transaction covering distributed solar facilities located at municipal sites throughout California.
- Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., a leading integrator for commercial, residential and public sector turnkey, grid-connected solar systems, in a $14 million minority equity financing from an undisclosed publicly-traded strategic investor.
- bioMérieux S.A., a global provider of in vitro diagnostics, in connection with its $60 million acquisition of AviaraDx, a molecular diagnostics and theranostics company.
- The Charles Schwab Corporation in its acquisition of Etelligent Consulting, Inc., a leading provider of technology and back office services to registered investment advisors.
- Paramount Acquisition Corp., a healthcare focused special purpose acquisition company, in its acquisition of Chem Rx, a leading institutional pharmacy.
