Representative Matters
- We represent Union Pacific Railroad Company in a multi-district class action litigation alleging price fixing of freight fuel surcharges and in other antitrust litigation alleging price fixing of fuel surcharges in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act and other allegations in violation of Section 2 of the Sherman Act.
- We represent Expeditors International in a class action alleging a price-fixing conspiracy by freight forwarders and in investigations in the United States and Europe.
- We represent a major international airline in a putative class action alleging a price-fixing conspiracy involving passenger rates and surcharges among transpacific air carriers.
- We represent a major European carrier in the European Commission's container liner shipping investigation into alleged collusion/abuse of dominance.
- We counsel a major organization of shippers on antitrust and export trade certificate matters.
- We represent CoLinx, LLC, a joint venture of premium brand manufacturers, which provides shared e-commerce and logistics services in North America.
