Representative Matters
- Lead counsel to Johnson & Johnson in an ANDA case.
- National co-coordinating counsel for Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. and Roche Laboratories Inc. in Accutane products liability cases pending in Federal MDL, New Jersey Mass Tort proceeding, and cases nationwide alleging that Accutane causes depression, psychosis, suicide, violence, and other psychiatric side effects.
- Representation of several major pharmaceutical companies regarding allegations of improper sales, improper pricing, off-label promotion, and violations of the Prescription Drug Marketing Act.
- Representation of Janssen-Ortho in Ontario, Canada Federal Court monitoring patent litigation brought by Novopharm relating to levofloxacin.
- We won a $52 million verdict for Caliper Technologies from a California jury in a trade-secret misappropriation case, followed by a favorable settlement of related patent litigation in the Northern District of California.
