We handle energy legislative and government affairs at the federal and state levels for a range of entities and our work covers an array of cutting edge issues. We were heavily involved in passage of key provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, and many of our lawyers have extensive experience working on Capitol Hill and in the executive branch. Our lawyers include the former Chief Counsel to Senator Dale Bumpers, then a senior member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, and a former Vice President of Legislative and Regulatory Policy at Constellation Energy Group who led the company’s efforts to develop and coordinate legislative and regulatory policy at the federal and state levels.
