Representative Matters
- KIAC Partners as project counsel for the cogeneration facility at John F. Kennedy International Airport. We participated in the structuring and planning of the project through the negotiation and closing of financing and refinancing and achievement of commercial operations. We structured, drafted, and negotiated over 200 commercial contracts, as well as a $175 million combined bank facility and bond financing and a $250 million Rule 144A bond refinancing.
- Lightyear Capital LLC in financings supporting its purchase and operations of two California power plants.
- Calpine Corporation's construction financing credit agreements aggregating over $3.5 billion, senior secured working capital credit agreements aggregating over $3.0 billion, senior unsecured bridge financings aggregating $1.2 billion and secured non-recourse credit agreements aggregating over $1.5 billion, all of which supported Calpine's power plant development and construction program.
