Henry Liu practices in the firm’s trial and appellate litigation practice, with a particular emphasis on energy, antitrust, and financial services matters. Mr. Liu has worked on a variety of cases encompassing antitrust, white-collar defense, consumer class actions, and administrative appeals. He also handles regulatory approvals for energy-related transactions and pre-merger notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.

Pro Bono
- Briefed and argued a federal habeas appeal before the Third Circuit on behalf of an inmate who had been incarcerated for over twenty years. The Third Circuit held that the state trial court had denied the inmate’s Sixth Amendment right to represent himself and instructed that the inmate be released. Alongi v. Ricci et. al, 06-4419, 2010 WL 663630 (3d. Cir. 2010).
