Gregory Frischmann is an associate in Washington, DC with a specialization in banking regulation and financial privacy. - Advise a major financial institution on compliance with the financial privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
- Representation of a major financial institution during an eleven-month, part-time secondment in the institution’s general counsel’s office, providing advice on privacy issues.
- Representation of clients with respect to bank acquisitions.
- Representation of a regional bank with respect to the eligibility requirements of a federal loan guarantee program.
Pro Bono
- Representation of DC Appleseed in analyzing and drafting comments on proposed stormwater regulations issued by the District of Columbia in connection with the District’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System MS4 Permit.
- Represent an inmate in his direct appeal from a capital sentence in Alabama.
