Guy Dingley is a solicitor in Covington's London office, concentrating on taxation with a particular emphasis on corporate taxation and the taxation of investment funds. Before joining Covington, Guy spent a number of years at a leading City of London law firm.
Guy's practice encompasses:
- corporate and business acquisitions and disposals, mergers and reconstructions, leveraged buy outs and management buy outs;
- investment, real estate and retail funds;
- property acquisitions and disposals; and,
- structured, leveraged and property finance.
Specific UK taxes on which Guy advises include corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, value added tax, stamp duty, and stamp duty land tax.
