    Fred Benson is special counsel in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the White Collar Defense & Investigations and Life Sciences Litigation & Investigations practice groups. Fred’s practice focuses on white collar criminal matters, internal corporate investigations, compliance counseling, and electronic discovery in complex commercial litigation. Fred has experience representing major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors in multi-jurisdictional civil and criminal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities & Exchange Commission, Drug Enforcement Administration, and other federal and state enforcement agencies.
