Representative Matters
- Represents The American Automobile Association, Inc. in trademark and unfair competition litigation and domain name disputes before U.S. District Courts and World Intellectual Property Organization.
- Represented the Special Litigation Committee of the Board of Directors of a publicly-traded technology company in conducting an internal investigation of allegations of wrongdoing made by shareholders in derivative litigation.
- Represents national companies in drafting civil justice reform legislation.
Pro Bono
- Drafted amicus brief on behalf of a non-profit organization supporting copyright protections for authors, composers, journalists, filmmakers, artists, and other creative individuals and small businesses.
