Representative Matters

• Assisting a leading IT company on various legislative issues regarding US patent laws and regulations.
• Advising a professional sports club regarding the tax treatment of stadium financing and leasing issues.
• Advising on state legislation regarding sales and use taxes.

Previous Experience

• The Urban Institute, Research Assistant (2004-2006).  At the Urban Institute, Ms. Bell’s research focused primarily on tax and budget policy.

• Advising national community organizations regarding drafting remedial legislation and guiding such legislation through Congress.
