David Hults is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office.  His practice covers a range of litigation and internal investigation matters.  Mr. Hults also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Representative Matters

  • Representing pharmaceutical manufacturer in DOJ investigation regarding compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Representing venture capital groups in breach of contract dispute related to earn-out payments.

Pro Bono

  • Representing class of Latinos in a successful racial profiling/civil rights lawsuits against Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his agents.  The class prevailed on interlocutory appeal and at trial. 
  • Providing advice to the Nature Conservancy on regulatory compliance and other matters.
