Danielle Barbour practices in the firm’s litigation practice group. Ms. Barbour has worked on a variety of cases encompassing trade, insurance, and appellate matters in federal and state courts. She has also handled issues related to compliance with Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act and other federal statutes.
Representative Matters
- Represented a major US railroad in a declaratory judgment action challenging federal penalties and rail car seizures.
- Represented a large manufacturer in insurance coverage litigation regarding asbestos liability.
- Represented a US manufacturer in obtaining settlement of a contract dispute and related bankruptcy matters.

- Represented a criminal defendant in federal RICO proceedings in the District of Maryland.
- Represented a federal detainee in a habeas appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
