Dennis Auerbach is of counsel to the firm, focusing on business, bankruptcy and white collar litigation, often with a fraud or breach of fiduciary duty dimension. He also represents debtors, creditors, and committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Much of Mr. Auerbach’s litigation practice concerns claims arising out of bankruptcy proceedings, including claims that directors breached their fiduciary duties in the period leading up to bankruptcy; fraudulent transfer claims; and valuation disputes. It also includes defending clients accused of financial fraud.

- Representation of the Official Committee of Equity Security Holders in a major REIT bankruptcy.
- Representation of a pharmaceutical executive in an SEC investigation regarding alleged disclosure, accounting, trading, and other securities law violations.
Pro Bono
- Mr. Auerbach’s pro bono work includes representation of clients in asylum proceedings before US immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
