Representative Matters

  • Representation of a leading biotechnology firm in Food and Drug Administration proceedings relating to withdrawal of approval for a product.
  • Representation of a major pharmaceutical company in government investigation.
  • Advised pharmaceutical company regarding state manufacturer and wholesale distribution licensing requirement.
