• Representation of pharmaceutical manufacturer in putative class action suit pending in federal district court involving claims of product liability and consumer fraud.
• Advised pharmaceutical company on prescription drug anti-counterfeiting measures.
• Advised pharmaceutical company on conflicts of interest statutes and ethics rules.
• Conducted regulatory due diligence for a pharmaceutical company.

Pro Bono

• Represent class of persons in the District who are seriously mentally ill in the enforcement of a Consent Decree against the District, ensuring that members of the class receive treatment in the least restrictive setting and in a community-based mental health system.
