- Represented Lilly in negotiating certain manufacturing arrangements relating to its agreement with Evonik for the sale of its Tippecanoe facility (2009).
- Represented Boehringer-Ingelheim in diligence relating to certain manufacturing arrangements in connection with its purchase of animal health assets from Pfizer, Inc. (2009).
- Advised Novartis regarding a vaccine technology transfer agreement with a government-owned Brazilian pharmaceutical company (2009).
