Representative Matters

  • Represented Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., a leading integrator for commercial, residential and public sector turnkey, grid-connected solar systems, in a $14 million minority equity financing from an undisclosed publicly-traded strategic investor.
  • Represented Lilly in negotiating certain manufacturing arrangements relating to its agreement with Evonik for the sale of its Tippecanoe facility (2009).
  • Represented Boehringer-Ingelheim in diligence relating to certain manufacturing arrangements in connection with its purchase of animal health assets from Pfizer, Inc. (2009).
  • Advised Novartis regarding a vaccine technology transfer agreement with a government-owned Brazilian pharmaceutical company (2009).
