Covington has over 1,000 employees in non-legal positions in its US and European offices. Our staff provides a full range of support services in the following administrative departments: Accounting, Human Resources, Information Research Services, Information Technology Services, Library, Operations, Marketing, Practice Systems Support, Recruitment, Attorney and Alumni Relations, and Professional Development. Each of these departments is headed by a Director, and all of our staff operations are overseen by our Executive Director.

Naved has been with Covington since 1999. He opened the first regional office for Covington in California. Naved has more than 25 years of experience in law firm administration. His undergraduate degree is from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California and his graduate degree is from New York University.
