Assistance, Salary & Benefits
We offer payment of tuition and examination fees for both the GDL (for non-law graduates) and the LPC.  We will also pay for Law Society membership, and we offer our future trainees a maintenance grant of £8,000 per annum for their GDL year (if applicable) and their LPC year.

Our current salary for trainees is £40,000 for their first year and £44,000 for their second year.  Trainees are offered an interest-free season ticket loan, private health insurance, life assurance, permanent health insurance, 25 working days holiday per year and access to an employee assistance programme.  We also have an active social calendar which includes regular firm drinks and sports activities.
