Hiring Process
We are looking for outstanding candidates who are committed to providing quality legal advice in an imaginative way, so that we can maintain our ability to respond to the evolving needs and expectations of our clients. We obviously look for team players, but - above all else - we look for intellectual distinction, imagination and integrity. In return, we believe that we can offer more challenging and dynamic opportunities for trainees than many other law firms.
A number of our trainees spent time with us on our summer placement scheme.
Candidates who submit their applications by our deadline and who are invited to interview with Covington will participate in one to two rounds of interviews with lawyers in our London office. During their visits to the office, these candidates will have the opportunity to learn more about the firm by meeting with a number of lawyers and existing trainees.
