Q: What does Covington & Burling LLP look for in its trainees?
A: Grant Castle, Training Principal of the London Office of Covington & Burling LLP believes “all lawyers need to be intellectually curious and passionate about the practice of law. To be successful at anything, particularly something that requires as much effort as a legal career, you really do need to have a passion for it. Secondly, creative thinking and excellent legal skills are needed to provide innovative solutions to clients’ problems.”
