We view our trainee programme as fundamental to our growth and our primary source of newly qualified solicitors. To date, over 85 percent of our trainees have remained with us upon qualification. In these cases, we look for candidates who have performed to a high standard academically, who have successfully completed their training contracts and who share our values.
