Covington has over 1,000 employees in non-legal positions in its US and European offices. Our staff provides a full range of support services in the following administrative departments: Accounting, Human Resources, Information Research Services, Information Technology Services, Library, Operations, Marketing, Practice Systems Support, Recruitment, Attorney and Alumni Relations, and Professional Development. Each of these departments is headed by a Director, and all of our staff operations are overseen by our Executive Director.

Carol joined the Beijing office of Covington in June 2010. She is responsible for the administrative and operational functions for the firm's Beijing office. Carol has over 19 years of experience in management and law firm administration.
