The following is a general summary of certain benefits available from the firm, and is neither exhaustive nor definitive. All benefits are governed by written documents and, in some instances, by applicable law. In addition to the mandatory contributions required to the Social Security and Housing Fund, the firm offers a competitive benefits package to all eligible attorneys and staff employees. Attorneys and staff may choose the benefits program that best suits their personal circumstance. The firm pays the full cost associated with these benefits. A summary of the available benefits are as follows:
- Private Health Insurance: The firm’s comprehensive health plan provides coverage for routine medical care, emergency services, wellness programs, as well as dental and vision care benefits. The firm pays the full cost of coverage for attorneys, staff and their eligible dependents.
- Life Insurance and Accident Coverage: The firm provides life insurance and accident coverage to eligible attorneys and staff.
- Hospitalization Allowance: A modest daily benefit is payable to attorneys and staff who are confined to a hospital.
- Critical Illness: Attorneys and staff are eligible to receive a benefit in the event of illness or disability attributed to a covered condition.
- Parental Leave: Attorneys and staff are eligible for paid time off to care for a newborn or newly adopted child.
- Employee Assistance Program: The firm provides confidential counseling service to attorneys, staff and their eligible dependents.
- Holidays & Paid Time Off: In addition to several nationally recognized holidays, attorneys receive annual vacation and sick leave while staff employees receive paid-time off commensurate with tenure at the firm.
