Brooke Wright is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, where she is a member of the firm’s International and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups. She advises clients in compliance matters related to the export controls and sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Ms. Wright has also assisted companies in conducting internal investigations in connection with potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and various regulatory requirements.

- Assist insurance company in conducting internal investigations into foreign trade control violations, filing voluntary self-disclosures, and implementing corrective compliance measures.
