Brianne Bharkhda is an associate in the firm’s Washington office, where she is a member of the litigation practice group.  She represents a variety of clients in patent litigation and product liability actions.  Ms. Bharkhda has broad experience representing clients before federal and state courts from case inception through trial and appeal.  She has represented clients in matters involving an array of different technology areas, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and electronics.
