Bruce Bennett is co-head of the firm's securities practice, resident in the firm's New York office. Mr. Bennett's practice focuses on domestic and international capital markets transactions, including equity, equity-linked, and fixed income (high yield and investment grade) offerings. Mr. Bennett's experience also includes derivatives transactions. In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Bennett advises clients on securities regulatory and corporate governance matters, and regularly represents clients on interpretive issues before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Bennett is also a frequent speaker at corporate and securities law seminars and regularly publishes articles in these fields. Mr. Bennett's international experience includes two years spent in London advising on cross-border capital markets transactions and US securities law matters in the late 1980's.
