Anita Stork is a vice chair of the firm's Antitrust and Consumer Law Practice Group, and a former vice chair of the firm's litigation practice. She is a partner in the San Francisco office.
Ms. Stork's practice includes a variety of complex litigation and white collar investigation matters, with a focus on antitrust and unfair competition litigation. She has experience in federal and state antitrust litigation, government and internal investigations, as well as litigation in the financial services and health care industries. Ms. Stork also counsels clients on a wide variety of competition issues such as distribution, joint ventures, strategic alliances, pricing, and intellectual property licensing, as well as merger compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.

- In re TransPacific Passenger Air Transportation Antitrust Litigation - Represent airline in alleged price-fixing case.
- Static Random Access Memory Litigation - Represent Integrated Device Technologies in antitrust litigation.
- In re ATM Fee Antitrust Litigation - Represent major bank in Sherman Act case regarding interchange fees.
- Represented DTS in arbitration and in Sherman Act litigation over scope of FRAND licensing obligation.
- Represented the Special Litigation Committee of Fortune 50 company in its internal investigation of alleged wrongdoing by officers, directors, and outside contractors.
- Cosmetics Cases - Represented Dillard's, Inc. in class action case alleging vertical price fixing among the major department store chains and the manufacturers of high-end cosmetics.
- In re Managed Care - Represented PacifiCare Health Systems in civil RICO class action case alleging a conspiracy to defraud doctors among 10 large managed care companies. First obtained dismissal for PacifiCare of more than 1 billion dollars in damages stemming from alleged capitation practices, then obtained summary judgment on the remaining liability and damage claims.
- Audit committee investigation for public company in connection with restatement of its financials.
- Represented electronics manufacturer in patent infringement case with antitrust and unfair competition counterclaims involving allegations of fraud on the Patent Office.
- Represented online game manufacturer in unfair competition and trademark infringement case.
