Anne Coffey Proctor serves as the firm’s pro bono counsel.  She represents Covington in the legal services community, identifies pro bono projects, and ensures that pro bono staffing needs are met.  Ms. Proctor represents pro bono clients in a variety of pro bono matters, and assists other Firm attorneys in their pro bono representations.
