Andy Lutes is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Private Funds practice groups and is resident in our New York office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private funds.
Mr. Lutes has an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on providing assistance to victims of domestic violence.
Representative Matters
- Represented Snow Phipps Group in its acquisition of Service Champ, Inc.
- Represented Charlesbank Capital Partners in a number of private equity transactions, including its purchase of The Princeton Review.
- Represented Contech Engineered Solutions, a leading provider of engineering and site solutions in the residential, commercial and infrastructure markets, in its implementation of new equity ownership and long term financing of both first lien and second lien debt.
Pro Bono
- Represented domestic violence victims in successful petitions for orders of protection against their abusers.
- Advised a child-centered international development non-profit on employment and governance issues.
